PROCESS
Our U.S. based Customer Project Manager (CPM) will speak to you about your challenges and needs. CPM will assess the specific talent, technology and hours required to complete your project. CPM will be your prime contact throughout the process and available to assist you during local business hours.
Next, a Russia based Team Manager will manage the remote engineering team to complete your project. After gaining in-depth knowledge of your needs and requirements, the TM will select the design team members, assign roles and responsibilities and develop the specifications for the milestones and deliverables involved. A communication protocol and reporting method will be established using
PTC's Product Development System (PDS). This system enables secure, real-time communication, data and document distribution, collaboration and process management between our remote design team of engineers and your team locally. This system will also allow your team to instantly track progress and know exactly what has been accomplished and what needs to be accomplished at any point during the project.
